What is the maximum capacity of the boat? |

42 passengers is the maximum number of passengers allowed on each catamaran and 12 passenger on our Pro 2000 speedboat. Note: A child, regardless of age, is considered a passenger. |

Are children allowed on board? |

Yes, we receive children all the time. Our catamarans have safety rails all the way around and children are automatically given a lifejacket as soon as they come onboard. Children must be under adult supervision at all times. |

How do we calculate the price of a cruise? |
| A: |
Our regular charters have a single price tag that is inclusive of the use of the yacht, captain and crew, meals and beverages (our standard bar package), use of snorkeling equipment and 15% Government-VAT.
The price of a private charter cruise includes the cost of private vessel hire (together with captain, crew and use of snorkeling equipment) plus an optional per person cost for the selected menu(s). The price also includes a 15% Government-VAT. |

What is the Booking procedure? |

If you have selected a cruise but would like to verify availability or other details before booking, you can contact us online. Once you are ready to book, you can also do so online which will automatically qualify you for a 20% discount. You can either pay in full or in part (minimum 50%, with the balance due no later than the morning of your cruise). Full booking and payment details are available on this website. If at any time, even after booking, you have any concerns, please remember you can always contact us. |

What is our itinerary going to be like? |

Our regular charters follow set routes which are described in other sections of this website. In the case of private charters you can set your own itinerary, in consultation with your captain who is very familiar with all coastal locations and can tailor the cruise to fit your requests. Just send us an email or call us (+230 498 8585) and we will be happy to give you ideas based on your needs and preferences.
Keep in mind that it may not be possible to see everything in one visit, therefore you may need to adjust your itinerary to accommodate your schedule and the activities you have chosen or return again in the future for another charter (for which you would automatically qualify for a 20% discount). |

What kind of activities are there to do? |

All of our vessels carry snorkeling equipment in all sizes, to enjoy the marine bottoms while the boat is anchored in transparent coves. Fishing is permitted on our private catamarans charters but you need to bring your own equipment.
If you opt for the Gabriel Island Adventure Cruise, your package includes an exclusive access to a range of activities on Gabriel Island, including a 45-minute guided exploration hike of Gabriel Island along a well-marked coastal trail with spectacular vistas, water sports (swimming, snorkeling and kayaking), and a beach-side massage centre (optional extra).
Waterskiing, diving/snorkeling and fishing are available with any private speedboat charter. |

What type of food and drinks are served? |

Set menus are served on our regular charters, and those are described in other sections of this website.
For our private charters we offer a choice of menus that can be adjusted around your food preferences. Our chefs and caterers are highly professional and experienced and can generally accommodate most diets with advanced notice and prepare any dish requested. Most importantly, they follow strict hygienic guidelines.
Our standard bar package includes wine, beer, rum, soft drinks and water. Finer wines, champagne and premium liquors are provided on demand. |

Which days of the week can I begin and end my charter? |

Any day of the week. We operate 7 days a week and book charters on a “first-arrived, first-served” basis. |

What happens in case of poor weather? |

All tours are subject to weather conditions, hence we reserve the right to cancel or adapt the cruise as necessary. If we need to cancel the cruise, you automatically receive a full refund or you can choose to re-schedule on any given day. |

What if we need to cancel our charter? |
| A: |
A cancellation fee of 25% applies if notice is given at least 14 days prior to the scheduled cruise (in case of private charters) and at least 48 hours prior to a regular cruise. A “no refund” policy is applied if notice is received within 14 days prior to the private charter cruise or within 48 hours prior to the regular cruise, or in the case of no shows. |

What do I need to bring with me? |
| A: |
For day cruises we recommend a soft carry bag, sand shoes, sun screen, hat, towel, swimsuit, change of clothes, a camera, binoculars, and cash for optional activities.
For evening or overnight cruises we suggest light summer clothing such as shorts, tops, skirts, hat, sand shoes, swimsuit and warmer clothing for night wear such as sweatshirt, sweater, windbreaker, jeans, light pants. For cooler months we recommend warmer clothing and a rain-jacket.
Yacht sailing is a "soft adventure", be prepared for calm seas as well as windy conditions. For anyone who leans towards sea sickness, over-the-counter medications or prescriptions may be handy. Ensure you have an adequate supply of prescribed medications as you may not be able to refill medical prescriptions whilst away.
You can bring your own mask and snorkel, but our catamarans carry an assortment of all sizes. |

Is there a bathroom on board? |

Yes. Bathrooms aboard boats are called heads. There are two fully functional heads on board each catamaran, complete with running water, toilet paper and soap. |

All Gift Vouchers and Cruise Rewards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. |

Can I extend the validity of my Gift Voucher or Cruise Reward? |

Extension options are available up to an additional 3 months.
If your Voucher/Reward has not yet expired, we can extend your Voucher/Reward for an administration fee of 5 € per month / per Voucher/Reward (up to three months).
If your Voucher/Reward has already expired and you contact us within 30 days of its expiry, we can extend it for an administration fee of 10 € per month / per Voucher/Reward (one month only).
If your Voucher/Reward has already expired and you contact us more than 30 days after the expiry of your Voucher/Reward, the Voucher/Reward cannot be extended. |
