How to Book a Cruise

Once you selected a cruise, contact us to check that the dates you wish to travel with us are free. Once you know your dates are available, you are ready to book. You can do so using our online booking form.

Payment

We require a 50% deposit at the time of your booking. A reservation cannot be confirmed until your deposit has been received. Your deposit may be made by personal check, certified check or bank wire transfer.

For a private charter the final payment is due at least 14 days before the date of your cruise. For all regular charters the final payment may be made on the morning of your cruise. Final payments may be made by bank wire transfer or in cash. Checks will not be accepted.

Cancellation

If you have to cancel your charter, you must do so by phone (+230 498 8585), FAX (+230 263 8284) or email (reservations@passionoceane.com).

Cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

  • In the case of private charters:
    • Until 14 days prior to the cruise date, cancellations are charged a 25% administrative fee.
    • No refund within 14 days of departure, unless we are able to rebook the dates, in which case you will only be charged a 25% administrative fee. If only a portion of your dates is rebooked you will be refunded on a prorated basis.
    • No refund in case of No show.

  • In the case of a regular charter:
    • Cancellations until 48 hours prior to the cruise are charged a per person 25% administrative fee.
    • No refund within 48 hours or in the case of No show.

All tours are subject to weather conditions, hence we reserve the right to cancel or adapt the cruise as necessary. If we need to cancel the cruise, you will receive a full refund or you can choose to rebook at the same original cost.

Available Discounts

  • Receive a 10% discount on individual rates if you book online
  • Group discounts are available from 11 passengers and up
  • We offer preferred Corporate Rates for Mauritian companies
  • Book a Private Catamaran Overnight Charter Cruise for 2 days + 1 night and we charge you only for the day use of the catamaran
  • Book a private catamaran or speedboat charter cruise and receive a 20% discount on any other private charter or any scheduled cruise

Pick-up and Transfer

All cruises depart from the Grand Bay Public Beach. For private charter cruises or for groups of 10 or more we can arrange to pick you up anywhere on the coast which is accessible by our vessels.

We can organise your transfer to Grand Baie from anywhere on the island at a very competitive rate. Please let us know at the time of your booking if you need us to organise your transfer.
